You agree to provide accurate information and the access and materials we reasonably need to deliver the work, and to use our services lawfully.
Site content is owned by Clavis or its licensors. Ownership of deliverables created for you is addressed in your engagement agreement.
Fees, billing, and payment terms are defined in your proposal or agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site is limited, and the site is provided "as is" without warranties.
Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
